01: I'll send you a link for a form to fill with important information about yourself and your business. We'll jump on a call to discuss the answers to build a strategy that acts as a backbone for the design process. 

02: Next step is me sending you a doc containing outlines of the strategy along with moodboard options for you to choose from, which will form the basis for the creative direction of your brand. 

03: Next the design process begins. I'll get to work creating the visuals of the brand, send it your way for approval, finalize it and Vuala! your gorgeous new brand is ready to flourish.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely! I am a remote business and offer all my services across the world. I love meeting people from other countries so please reach out if you like what I offer.

Can I put you on a retainer for my business?

I'd be happy to discuss opportunities with your business as a freelance contractor. Get in touch to start the conversation!

What site platform do you build on?

I primarily build through WIX/Editor X, especially for landing pages or smaller projects. I also offer site builds through Squarespace and Weebly, and occasionally through Wordpress (on a case-by-case basis).

Do you do payment plans?

Yes! Sometimes a full payment upfront works for some people, but on the occasion it doesn't I am open to discussion on accommodating budgets. My standard payment plan is half up front, and the last half on completion of project. 

What do your services cost?

A super common question, and the truth is it varies! I never use a cookie-cutter approach. Each project is unique and deserves it's own care and attention to detail. Quotes are customized based on client needs. Contact me to get your personalized quote. 

I want a website, but I don't have branding! Is that a problem?

Website projects work best with branding already in place. If you don't have any I can help! Ask me about Mini-Brand packages, which includes the basics to get you started. 

How do you accept payments?

Payments can be made easily by Credit Card or Apple Pay via Wave Invoicing.

How long does a brand identity project take?

The timeline depends on what you are asking for, but it normally ranges from 3-6 weeks. When you receive your custom proposal a timeline will be included.
